Sure Formation does. We remain the filer with Companies House and the Companies Registration Office, carry out the identity and anti-money-laundering checks, and our terms and privacy notice apply to every order. You market and sell; we do the regulated work.
Your customers pay us at your prices. Your margin, the difference between your price and your wholesale price, is paid to your bank account through Stripe after a short holding period, with a monthly statement.
With the API you take payment from your own customers, and we charge you the wholesale price for each order. You choose how: from a prepaid balance you top up by card, or charged to your saved card per order.
Yes. Point your domain at us with a DNS record and we set it up, including the security certificate. Your site can also run on the address we give you while you get started.
Yes. Partners can sell UK companies, Irish companies through Abbformation, or both, each with its own prices.
