Can you file for a company you did not form?
Yes. Add the company to your account with its company number and Companies House authentication code, then start the filing from the company page.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Filings are made from your account so your details stay private. If you are signed out, you are asked to sign in and are then brought back.
Who decides what is filed?
You do. We prepare the filing from your answers, show you a summary and file once it is reviewed. We do not give legal advice on company decisions.
Does Companies House charge a fee?
Some filings carry a Companies House fee. Where there is one, it is shown separately at checkout and is not subject to VAT.
