Who it is for
Property management companies usually buy commercial property, blocks of flats or housing estates divided into units. The company looks after repairs and maintenance of the building and land (cleaning, common areas, grounds, security, roofs, lifts and so on) and pays insurance, rates and other taxes. Some buy the freehold, others the head lease and then grant sub-leases to unit holders, who pay for services.
Your company can be limited by guarantee (not for profit) or limited by shares (profits can be distributed to shareholders). Choose the option you want when you order.

Limited by shares or limited by guarantee?
Limited by guarantee is not for profit. Limited by shares lets profits be distributed to the shareholders. Pick the option you prefer when you order.
Does it have to buy the freehold?
No. A property management company sometimes buys the head lease instead and issues sub-leases to unit holders. It then remains responsible to the freehold owner.
Is this the same as a Right to Manage company?
No. A Right to Manage company cannot acquire or own the building. If you want to buy the property, you need a property management company.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price shown is the price you pay, and the Companies House filing fee is included in this package. Optional extras are only added if you choose them.
Who can I ask for help?
