Does this register me with the Charity Commission?
No. Registration with the Charity Commission is a separate step you can take later.
Can I use my own Articles?
Yes. Upload your own bespoke Articles, or download our model Charity Articles, add your company's objects and re-upload them.
Can the company drop 'Limited' from its name?
The package includes an application for 'limited' name exemption. To qualify, the objects must relate to areas such as commerce, art, science, education, religion, charity or a profession, and the Articles need a non-profit clause.
What do I need to provide? Do I need proof of ID?
All formation agents must obtain identification before submitting a company to Companies House. We provide a free checking service to help you get your documents checked quickly. A company also needs a registered office address and at least one director.
